Disclosed is a long nozzle for tapping steel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the long nozzle for tapping steel includes: a joining part which is joined with a ladle; a tapping part which is joined with the joining part to tap molten steel from the ladle to a tundish through a through hole formed in the lengthwise direction on the inside; a sink part which is formed on a lower end portion of the tapping part to be sunk under the bath surface of the tundish; and a fire resistant cover part which covers an outer circumferential side of the sink part so as to protect the sink part from tundish slag formed on an upper part of the molten steel contained in the tundish.
