The present invention relating to a user terminal configuration changing system includes a storage unit which maps at least one vehicle mode information on terminal identification information of a user terminal which will send message, and each vehicle information including vehicle status information or operation information and stores the same; a vehicle information collecting unit which collects vehicle information; a message creating unit which creates a sending message including at least one vehicle mode information mapped in the collected vehicle information and the stored terminal identification information; and a message transmission unit which transmits the created sending message to the user terminal through a push message server.
