[Class 132 (ii)] A golf club incorporates a tube d which contains mercury or similar substance h and is sealed with a vacuum therein to facilitate the flow of the mercury. The end of the tube may terminate in a bulb f which is either let into the head of the club or integral therewith. The tube d is fixed in the shaft of the golf club by a screw plug g. The internal surface of the tube d is polished or plated to further facilitate the flow of the mercury. According to the Provisional Specification the bulb f may be positioned in the shaft of the club.</p> |
