PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometer capable of providing a flow cell without cutting a sample flow passage and capable of arbitrarily changing an optical path length of the flow cell.SOLUTION: The spectrometer comprises: a flexible sample flow passage which has light permeability and in which a sample flows; and clamp means. In the clamp means, clamp members are oppositely disposed so as to hold the flexible sample flow passage therebetween. One clamp member includes a window for irradiating the flexible sample flow passage with output light of a light source, and the other clamp member includes a window for irradiating a detector with measurement light permeated through the flexible sample flow passage. The clamp means is configured to make the one clamp member movable in parallel with the other clamp member. |
