<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system capable of evaluating the amount of a second member existing at a corner of a first member.SOLUTION: An evaluation system 20 evaluates existing amount of a second member of a member to be measured which has a first member having a corner formed with a curved surface or chamfered surface and a second member formed on the corner. The evaluation system 20 emits an ultrasonic from the first member side so as to enter into the second member existing on the corner, acquires the height of echo of the entered ultrasonic reflected by the corner and the second member, and determines whether the existing amount of the second member is small or not based on the acquired height of the echo with respect to a standard height of echo prescribed based on a standard existing amount of the second member existing on the corner. In this case, the member to be measured may include: a first ceramic member; a third ceramic member; and a second glass member filled therebetween, and the filled amount of the second glass member may be determined.</p> |
