Disclosed in the present invention are an infrared ray source apparatus and a gas measuring optical system with the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the infrared ray source apparatus comprises: an infrared ray source unit which radiates infrared light using a heating body; a lens which converts the infrared light radiated from the infrared ray source unit into parallel light or condensed light; and an assembly tool unit which integrally assembles the infrared ray source unit into the lens by matching with an optical axis direction, and includes an inclination surface for shielding infrared light radiated by being diverged from a fixed azimuth.
