<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel processor of a fuel cell power generation system capable of recovering efficiently quantity of heat emitted from a combustor and a reformer to the atmosphere and maintaining optimally the temperature of a liquid fuel supplied to a desulfurizer. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid fuel processor has a reformer 3 of multiple cylindrical structure which is constructed of a burner part 12 covered by an heat insulating material 13 at the center of a barrel 9 of bottomed cylindrical shape made of a heat insulating material, a reforming catalyst layer 10 at its outside, and an evaporator part 11 to generate steam necessary for reforming at the outermost periphery of the barrel 9, and in which a catalyst layer side exhaust gas passage to circulate combustion exhaust gas from the bottom side of the barrel 9 at the lower part of the burner part 12 and an evaporator part side exhaust gas passage are respectively formed. A liquid fuel preheater 1 is arranged at the outside of the bottom of the barrel 9, and the liquid fuel is preheated by heat exchange with the burner combustion exhaust gas flowing in through the evaporator part side exhaust gas passage and recovery of heat radiation from the bottom side of the reformer, and guided to a desulfurizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
