<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carboxylic acid derivative bearing a perfluoroalkyl group at aβ-position. <P>SOLUTION: Anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative is caused to react with a perfluoroalkyl halide in the presence of a silane compound under photo-irradiation to give aβ-perfluoroalkylated carboxylic acid derivative represented by general formula (3) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, methyl group, ethyl group, 3-10C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, phenyl group, trifluoromethyl group or substituted amino group or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom, methyl group, ethyl group, 3-10C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, phenyl group or the like; R<SP>3</SP>is a methyl group, ethyl group, n-propyl group, n-butyl group or the like; and Rf is a 1-10C linear, branched or cyclic perfluoroalkyl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
