PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere allowing easy movement of a wearer in a worn state and decreasing the level difference of its underbust. SOLUTION: The right and left back parts 14, 15 of the brassiere comprise first parts 14a, 15a stretchable in the lateral direction and connected to a basis 11, and second parts 14b, 15b stretchable in the vertical direction and connected to right and left strap parts 16, 17. The first parts 14a, 15a are divided from the second parts 14b, 15b by a boundary line B extended between end edges 14e, 15e and upper end edges 14c, 15c. The contact point P1 of the boundary line B and the upper end edge 14c is positioned at the half point of the length from the contact point C1 of the upper end edges 14c, 15c and the right and left strap parts 16, 17 to the contact point C2 of the upper end edges 14c, 15c and the basis 11 or at a point shifted from the half point toward the right and left strap parts 16, 17. The cross point of the perpendicular line from the contact point C1 to the lower end edges 14d, 15d and the boundary line B is positioned at the 1/3 point of the length of the perpendicular line V or at a point shifted from the 1/3 point toward the lower end edges 14d, 15d.
