The present invention relates to a hybrid touch screen and a mobile device with the touch screen comprising a display unit; a capacitive touch panel which is arranged on the upper part of the display unit and senses a body by using a capacitive overlay method; and a pressurized touch panel which is positioned on the upper part of the capacitive touch panel and senses pressurized touch input and an operation. The present invention is provided to recognize capacitive touch input of the body (fingers) or a stylus pen having an electrode tip and facilitate information input or the operation by using hands with gloves or a non-conductor tip on a touch capacitive touch screen of the mobile device such as a mobile phone or the like, thereby being applied to various fields such as a smartphone, family use, work use, industrial use, etc.
