PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for providing color conversion profiles which are suitable for the installation environments of image formation parts. SOLUTION: A communication system 2 includes multiple printers 10a-10d and a single server 100. The printers 10a-10d and the server 100 are connected to an Internet 8 so as to be mutually communicable via the Internet 8. The printers 10a-10d supply environment information 502a-502d to the server 100 in a communication system 2. The server 100 generates new profiles 504a-504c in accordance with the supplied environment information 502a-502d or prepares an average profile 506.
