PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a high-precision movement locus of a target by combining observation data of a plurality of kinds of sensors. SOLUTION: A sensor integration system includes a processor, a storage device connected to the processor and an output device connected to the processor. The storage device retains observation data observed by a plurality of sensors, and the observation data contain items described selectively from among items specified beforehand. The processor combines the selectively described items of the plurality of observation data and estimates movement loci of one or more targets, and the output device outputs information indicating the movement loci.
