摘要 The present invention relates to a dynamic eco-control apparatus of a vehicle and a method thereof capable of actively increasing fuel efficiency by limiting engine output according to transmission stage and acceleration sensor value (G-sensor value). The dynamic eco-control apparatus of a vehicle comprises: an eco-control selection switch for selecting an eco-control function; a sensor cluster outputting an acceleration value; a transmission controller outputting a transmission gear stage of a vehicle; an engine control device which limits the output to an output limit value set in an output limitation table compared to the predetermined maximum acceleration value based on the acceleration value and the transmission gear stage by controlling an injector if the eco-control function is selected by the eco-control selection switch; and an instrument panel visually displaying the state of eco-control according to the control of the engine control device. Therefore, the dynamic eco-control apparatus control a vehicle not to accelerate up to the maximum G value of a gear ratio according to a transmission stage and an acceleration sensor value even if an acceleration pedal is pressed hard, thereby actively increasing fuel ratio. Thus, the prevention of the burst of speed provides a comfortable ride for a user.
