PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fingers of an infant, child, etc. from being pinched in an opening/closing gap which is formed by opening a door, between a hanging side vertical frame of a framed door and a hanging side end part of the door. SOLUTION: In a prevention device of finger pinching at a door hanging side, a cover plate 3 is disposed protrusively in an in-plane direction, using a spring hinge 4, from a depth face of a hanging side vertical frame 11. A free end of the cover plate 3, in an energized state by a spring, is slid and contacted with a face surface of a door 2, and rotatably follows the door 2 whenever it opens/closes, in order to close an opening/closing gap. One blade of the spring hinge 4 is inserted into an opening formed in the hanging side vertical frame 11 and disposed so as to be orthogonal to the hanging side vertical frame 11, and the cover plate 3 is bent to turn the free end toward the door 2 side, so that the free end can rotatably follow the door 2 opened at an angle equal to or larger than a quarter circle.
