<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing herbal medicinal instant noodles. More specifically, the method comprises: a meat juice producing step of adding ligusticum acutilobum, milk vetch roots, Solomon′s seals, spring onion roots, and water in a meat juice container in order to be heated at 60-80 deg. C for 1-3 hours so as to produce meat juice; a heating step of heating the produced meat juice in order to become 90-100 deg. C; and a noodle cooking step of adding noodles, instant noodle seasoning powder, chestnuts, jujubes, gingkoes, and garlic in the heated meat juice in order to be heated for 1.5-3.5 minutes and further adding ginseng in order to be further heated together for 40-50 seconds. By means of the present invention, when instant noodle soup or instant noodles are cooked, a consumer can easily consume various nutrients and active ingredients through side ingredients, so that a problem in which existing instant noodles lack nutrition can be solved. Accordingly, the instant noodles of the present invention can help consumers to maintain health. Moreover, Sancheon is widely known for′medicinal herbs′through the′Sancheong Medicinal Herb Festival′that started in 2000 and the′World Traditional Medicine Fair & Festival in Sancheong′of 2013, and the herbal medicinal instant noodles of the present invention can become Sancheong′s major specialized food by which awareness and brand values can be promoted to consumers.</p> |
