TIRE CURING BLADDER AND THE MAKING MOLD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a tire curing bladder having improved uniformity by removal a center line and the leakage of an outer center part by manufacturing a bladder while a core mold is expanded in a radial direction through a link structure, and to a manufacturing apparatus thereof. The manufacturing apparatus for the tire curing bladder comprises: an external mold (15) which molds the external surface of a bladder (10); a core mold (20) which is formed in order to be expanded or be shrank in a radial direction by a link structure and molds the internal surface of the bladder (10) at an inner space of the external mold (15); a core adapter (13) which is installed at a central lower part of an upper end of the external mold (15) and molds one end of the bladder (10); and a support mold (30) which molds the other end of the bladder (10) by being combined to the lower part of the external mold (15) and expands the core mold (20) in the radial direction.
