The present invention relates to a functionally improved skewer roaster. According to the present invention, a removable cantilever structure is disposed for the configuration of an auxiliary mounting base, so a charcoal fire container can be conveniently handled, without any unnecessary external interference or disturbance, in performing an operation for accommodating or separating the charcoal fire container in or from the skewer roaster. Also, a transport guide wheel is provided on one side surface of a skewer stick, and rotation power is transmitted to the skewer stick by the transport guide wheel, so the configuration of the skewer roaster can be simplified with configurations such as gear bodies and gear body-protecting housings of the related art excluded. An auxiliary installation case including a cooling container and the charcoal fire container is accommodated in an accommodation installation hole of a roaster main body; a finishing plate with a selective removal relationship is mounted on an upper surface of the accommodation installation hole; a guide frame, a fixing frame, and the auxiliary mounting base are assembled in a sequential structure at installation parts of the four-directional corners of the accommodation installation hole; and a power control box is further mounted and provided on the roaster main body as a means for transmitting transport power to the guide frame. |
