The present invention relates to a roof panel of a vehicle having a solar cell module and, more specifically, to a hybrid type solar cell roof panel to improve the sense of openness of the roof panel and maximize the performance of the solar cell by simultaneously loading different kinds of solar cell modules. The hybrid type solar cell roof panel is arranged on the entire area of a roof glass by mixing different kinds of solar cells. A first transparent solar cell is arranged on the center of the roof glass. A second solar cell having better photovoltaic performance than the first solar cell arranged on the edge part of the roof glass.
