Provided is an ultrasonic image analysis system and an analysis method thereof. The analysis system comprises an image acquisition module (101) for receiving and transmitting an ultrasonic waveform and treating same to obtain two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data; an image analysis module (102) for analysing and registering the two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data to obtain the registration mapping relationship between the two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data; a human-computer interaction module (105) for responding to a treatment done on the two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data by a user through an external hardware device; an image display module (103) for displaying the two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data according to the registration mapping relationship and the result of the treatment of the human-computer interaction module (105); and an image storage module (104) for storing the two sets of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data and the registration mapping relationship therebetween. The ultrasonic image analysis system can effectively evaluate the therapeutic effect on a patient.
