Provided are a regulation circuit and a display device, which can limit the fluctuation of Vcom within a small range, weaken the phenomenon of flicker, and improve the display quality of a liquid crystal display. A Vcom voltage regulation circuit comprises: a voltage supply module, a temperature sensing module and an output regulation module, wherein the voltage supply module is connected to the temperature sensing module and the output regulation module, to provide an input voltage for the temperature sensing module and the output regulation module respectively; the temperature sensing module is connected to the output regulation module, and used for converting a sensed temperature change into an electrical signal and then sending same to the output regulation module; and the output regulation module is used for regulating an output voltage Vcom according to the electrical signal sent by the temperature sensing module, wherein the output voltageVcom fluctuates between an upper limit voltage and a lower limit voltage, and the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage are preset.
