PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a focus adjustment when an inspection object is changed over from a large workpiece W1 to a small workpiece W2.SOLUTION: A workpiece outer appearance inspection device 30 includes: a conveyance table 2 that holds and conveys workpieces W1 and W2; and camera sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 that photograph the workpiece to be conveyed by the conveyance table. Of the camera sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, the camera sections 9 and 10 have cameras 91 and 101. The cameras 91 and 101 have first lens barrels 91C and 101C including photographing lenses 91L and 101L, and second lens barrels 91Ca and 101Ca attached to tips of the first lens barrels 91C and 101C. The second lens barrels 91Ca and 101Ca include focus adjustment glass plates 91L and 101L of which both surfaces are in parallel. |
