PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate simulation of a plurality of plants.SOLUTION: An operation training simulator system 50a includes operation simulation board 3A and 3B, simulation plant simulators 20A and 20B, and a resource sharing server 9a. Further, the simulation plant simulators 20A and 20B have malfunction execution means 7 of causing a simulation accident to occur to a simulation plant; simulation operation means 4 of simulating and computing a plant state; simulation data storage means 6 of storing simulation data; and shared resource input/output means 8 of requesting or inquiring of the resource sharing server 9a for distribution of a resource. The resource sharing server 9a has a server communication part 90 which can communicate with the simulation plant simulators 20A and 20B, and a resource data storage part 10 which stores at least resource data 10(1)-10(n) shared among the plurality of simulation plants. |
