PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that can restrain noise from being emitted to the outside while ensuring heat dissipation performance.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 comprises: a fixture body 11; a light source part 13 including a light emitting element arranged in the fixture body 11; and first heat dissipation means 24 and second heat dissipation means 31 for dissipating heat generated by the light emitting element. The first heat dissipation means 24 is provided outside the fixture body 11, and naturally dissipates the heat generated by the light emitting element into outside air. The second heat dissipation means 31 is provided in the fixture body 11, and includes: a duct 35 in which both ends are opened so as to communicate with an outer surface of the fixture body 11; a heat dissipation part 38 arranged in the duct 35 to dissipate the heat generated by the light emitting element; and a fan 41 arranged in the duct 35 to send outside air to the heat dissipation part 38 through the duct 35.
