<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance apparatus capable of minimizing an error of estimation of a perfusion fraction.SOLUTION: A scan including M T2-weighted sequences Xto Xand N diffusion-weighted sequences Yto Yis executed to obtain M T2-weighted images T2 WIto T2 WIand N diffusion-weighted images DWIto DWI. After these images are obtained, a T2 map is created based on M T2-weighted images T2 WIto T2 WI. Upon the creation of the T2 map, an A map is created based on the T2-weighted images and the N diffusion-weighted images. Then, an f' map is created based on the T2 map and the A map.</p> |
