<p>A discharge prevention structure which is provided with a ceramic member having a metallized part, a metal member that is in contact with the metallized part, and a solder that joins the ceramic member and the metal member with each other, and wherein a buildup part that covers the front end of the metallized part is formed of a conductive glass material containing V. Also, a method for producing a discharge prevention structure, wherein a ceramic member having a metallized part and a metal member that is in contact with the metallized part are joined with each other by a solder, comprises a step wherein a conductive glass material containing V is heated to a temperature that is not less than the glass transition temperature but less than the crystallization temperature and a step wherein a buildup part that covers the front end of the metallized part is formed.</p> |
