PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle with a positive charging electret property whose electrification property is uniform and dispersibility is excellent in an electrophoretic medium, and which indicates an excellent electrophoretic property, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a fine particle with a positive charging electret property, a fine particle containing at least one kind of a melamine resin and polyethylene resin is irradiated with gamma rays to make electret. The fine particle with a positive charging electret property is obtained by the manufacturing method. |
