<p>It has not been hitherto possible to determine the cost and effect of implementing a countermeasure (exception process) against an exception which occurs during regular maintenance performed using, in cooperation, devices and equipment managed by different enterprises. A data acquisition unit obtains data relating to: a maintenance schedule of each of a plurality of maintenance workers, an exception which occurs during maintenance performed in cooperation by the plurality of maintenance workers, exception processes for handling the exception, the cost of implementing each exception process, the amount of damage incurred by the exception, and the amount of damage reduction effected by each exception process. A control unit selects, on the basis of the obtained data, a plurality of exception processes for handling the exception, and compares and outputs the cost of implementing each exception process, as well as the amount of damage reduction effected by the exception process.</p> |
