The invention relates to a carrying structure (8) of a rail vehicle on which a carriage body (1) is supported by means of coupling elements (2), wherein at least one coupling element (2) is connected to the carrying structure (8) by means of a positive and/or non-positive connection (3), and wherein at least a part of the carrying structure (8) below or above the connection (3) or at least one surface upwardly delimiting the coupling element (2) is designed as a supporting element (4).
