PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile unit for smart entry, configured to notify a user about the necessity of battery replacement more reliably without consuming electric power during standby.SOLUTION: A mobile unit for smart entry includes: an electronic circuit to be used for wireless communication to lock/unlock a door; a battery for supplying electric power to the electronic circuit; and a control unit which controls wireless communication. The control unit shuts off power to be supplied between the battery and the electronic circuit (S2) when it is determined that the capacity of the battery is equal to or less than a reference value (S1), and restarts supplying power between the battery and the electronic circuit (S5) only when a specific operation to the mobile unit for smart entry is detected (S4). |
