摘要 <p>Disclosed are a hybrid integrated crystal gel separation medium with super-macropore having hydrophobic benzyl-anion exchange tertiary amino group and preparation method thereof. The aperture of the crystal gel medium is 1-300μm, the porosity is 85-96 %, the aqueous phase permeability is 2×10-12-6×10-12 m2, the described crystal gel medium has a functional group of hydrophobic benzyl-anion exchange tertiary amino shown in the formula (I). The crystal gel medium polymer chain simultaneously contains an amino-type ion exchange group and a benzyl with certain hydrophobic function, which can help to form multi-point adsorption with biological macromolecules, such as protein, to improve the separation performance. The medium has excellent basic properties of other crystal gel medium, such as high porosity, good pore canal connectivity, certain mechanical strength and reconverting into an original shape quickly when absorbing water again after drying, etc. The medium has broad application prospects in biochemical separation field; n is a positive integer in the formula (I).</p>
