<p>Disclosed is an inclined membrane manufacturing apparatus. A collector base has a cylindrical shape and autonomously rotates around the long axis of a cylinder in a fixed position. A spinning nozzle block part discharges a coating solution onto the outer circumferential surface of the collector base through nozzles while moving back and forth with respect to a direction perpendicular to the long axis of the collector base. A driving part is coupled to the spinning nozzle block part and moves the spinning nozzle block part toward the fixed collector base. A power supply part adaptively changes the levels of voltages applied to the nozzles while the coating solution is discharged by the spinning nozzle block part. The coating solution discharged onto the outer circumferential surface of the collector base is accumulated to form a coating layer. Therefore, an inclined membrane with different thickness is generated. According to the present invention, a membrane coated with various thickness of nanofibers is allowed to be manufactured at one time.</p> |
