Provided is an information input display device, comprising: a sensor which senses a contact and outputs a contact location; a display unit which displays a one-screen video signal; a first rendering unit which generates the one-screen video signal including a continuous line rendering relating to the contact location; a second rendering unit which generates a continuous line rendering video signal relating to the contact location faster than the first rendering unit; and an adding unit which adds a pen render video signal generated by the second rendering unit to the video signal generated by the first rendering unit. The first rendering unit and/or the second rendering unit changes the outputted continuous line rendering video signal according to the elapsed time of the rendering process.
