<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable domain including CDR regions substantially identical to heavy chain CDR regions of a selected antibody and a light chain variable domain including CDR regions substantially identical to light chain CDR regions of the selected antibody, where the antibody binds a selected target.SOLUTION: Provided is a monoclonal antibody obtained by introducing a nucleic acid encoding the object monoclonal antibody into a host cell and incubating the cell. Also provided is a nucleic acid sequence encoding the monoclonal antibody. The antibody is useful for treatment of VEGF-related diseases.</p> |
