<p>The present invention relates to a floor structure (2) for transport container (1)and to a transport container. The floor structure (2) comprises a first surface layer (8) forming a floor surface and a support arrangement (10, 11, 24) for supporting the first surface layer (8). The invention is based on the idea of omitting the plywoodboards and using a hardened martensitic steel sheet for forming the floor surface of the floor structure (2) of the transport container(1). According to the present invention the first surface layer (8) is formed from hardened martensitic steel sheet.Anadvantage of the present invention is that when the floor structure (2) of the container is formed from hardened martensitic steel sheet, the floor structure (2) of the container has very good stiffness and good impact resistance characteristics together with excellent abrasion resistance.</p> |
