<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linkable resin composition which is a resin composition (cross-likable resin composition) having cross-linkability, suppressing scorching while suppressing the amount of use of an organic peroxide which is a cross-linking agent, and allowing production of a necessary cross-linking reaction. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the cross-linkable resin composition including (a) 100 pts.mass of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; (b) 0.05-3 pts.mass of an organic peroxide; (c) 0.1-5 pts.mass of a first cross-linking aid selected from the group consisting of triallyl isocyanurate, trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate, ditrimethylolpropane tetraacrylate, tetramethylolmethane tetraacrylate, 1,2-polybutadiene, and m-phenylene dimaleimide; and (d) 0.05-5 pts.mass of a second cross-linking aid consisting of a dimethacrylate-based compound.
