PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film, a label and a packaging container each of which has excellent dew condensation prevention properties.SOLUTION: A dew condensation prevention film is obtained by layering a hygroscopic polymer layer on the outermost surface of a base film. The amount of the dew to be condensed is ≤0.15 g/100 cmand 10 minutes when the condensation prevention film is brought into contact with cold water of 4°C in the environment of 26°C and 50% relative humidity. The amount of the dew to be condensed is ≤0.18 g/100 cmand 10 minutes when the condensation prevention film which is brought into contact with cold water of 4°C in the environment of 4°C and 30% relative humidity, is moved to the environment of 26°C and 50% relative humidity. |
