<p>A method of assessing the capability of a sports person includes the person carrying out a series of graded exercises and recording the results of three-dimensional movements of the person carrying out those exercises using two-dimensional shapes. The method can be applied to football players and techniques. The person carrying out the assessment can be provided with videos, DVDs, instruction sheets or other presentation materials demonstrating the movements in the graded exercises and the symbols used to record them.</p> |
