PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a tape of a simple layer structure without a release material layer.SOLUTION: A tape cassette includes: a substrate tape roll 51 of a rolled substrate tape 58 including a substrate layer 300, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 302 which is provided on one thickness-direction side of the substrate layer 300 and is capable of exerting adhesion when a pressing force larger than a specified value is applied thereto and an adhesive layer 301 provided on the other thickness-direction side of the substrate layer 300; a film tape roll 52 of a rolled film tape 59; and a tape drive roller 46 which comes in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 302 of the substrate tape 58 delivered from the substrate tape roll 51 from one thickness-direction side and crimps the adhesive layer 302 of the substrate tape 58 on the film tape 59 delivered from the film tape roll 52. At least a part of the outer surface of the tape drive roller 46 is composed of an elastic member 400 which comes in elastic contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 302.
