<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary handrail capable of even quick lifting, by further improving reduction in lifting labor.SOLUTION: A rotary handrail 1 liftably rotates to a nonuse state and a use state by rotatably supporting a handrail body 7 by a support member 3 via a rotary shaft 5, and comprises: a rotary damper provided between the support member 3 and the rotary shaft 5 and damping rotation of the handrail body 7; and a one-way clutch provided between the rotary damper and the rotary shaft 5 and canceling damping of the rotary damper when rotating the handrail body 7 to the nonuse state from the use state, and can rotates the handrail body 7 to a storage state by free rotation, and can be easily lifted even by a powerless person by reduction in the lifting labor.</p> |
