The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sample for measuring the adhesive strength of a cured film and a method of measuring the adhesive strength by using the sample manufactured thereby. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sample for measuring the adhesive strength of a cured film to measure the adhesion of a layer formed on a substrate and a method of measuring the adhesive strength by using the sample manufactured thereby. A method of manufacturing a sample for measuring the adhesive strength of a cured film and a method of measuring the adhesive strength by using the sample manufactured thereby according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of preparing a sample substrate and a support plate; a step of hardening a sample composition on the sample substrate; a step of attaching an adhesive tap having a hole; a step of inserting an adhesive to the hole; and a step of detaching the adhesive tape.
