The present invention relates to an automatic material collection device for a machine tool which includes a support plate receiving a material processed by a machine tool and mounting the material; a first transfer means uprightly transferring the material mounted on the support plate; a stacking means transferring the material transferred by the first transfer means to a frontal storage box; a storage box receiving and mounting the material transferred forward by the stacking means, and having one or more semi-circular mounting grooves inside to have the material stably mounted; an upright panel located inside the mounting groove of the storage box to support the material mounted on the mounting groove to lead the material to be stably stood upright; and a fixing frame supporting the first transfer means, the stacking means, and the storage box to fix positions of the first transfer means, the stacking means, and the storage box. The material processed by the machine tool and transferred to and mounted on the support plate is stood upright and transferred by the first transfer means, and the transferred material is continuously stood upright and stacked on the mounting groove of the storage box by the stacking means, thereby conveniently collecting the material compared with a case in which a worker directly stacks the material to collect the material. Human error of the worker can be prevented during a process of collecting the material, thereby preventing damages to the material due to the mistake. Further, labor force of a worker is required only during a process of moving multiple materials collected on the mounting grooves of the storage box outside, thereby saving the labor force. |
