PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device capable of reducing labor relating to confirmation of disaster prevention information.SOLUTION: An outdoor slave station reception and loudspeaker broadcasting part 1 receives disaster prevention information by a disaster prevention radio, and transmits the received disaster prevention information in a speech output system. A recording and reproduction part 4 records the disaster prevention information. A weak FM transmitter 5 transmits the disaster prevention information recorded by the recording and reproduction part 4 in an output system other than the speech output system.
