An apparatus for assembling and processing a rotary stand of a hand mixer includes an assembly preparation unit having a first mounting stand horizontally mounting a shaft of a rotary stand, one single shaft pin having a bushing mounted on a first moving member moved in a horizontal longitudinal direction of the shaft at one side of the first mounting stand, and the other single shaft pin having a motor fastening hole, into which the bushing of the shaft is inserted, mounted on a first fixing member at the other side of the first mounting stand; a first transfer unit having a plurality of second mounting stands to move the rotary stand, on which the bushing and the motor fastening hole are assembled at both sides of the shaft by the assembly preparation unit, to the next process; a second transfer unit having a grip unit gripping the rotary stand moved by the first transfer unit to lift and lower the rotary stand to move the rotary stand to the next process; a rotary unit installed at a lower portion of the second transfer unit to have one end portion of the rotary stand moved by the second transfer unit to be fitted and rotated; a cutting unit having a fixing chuck, having a side piece of the bushing of the rotary stand moved by the second transfer unit inserted and fixed, disposed at the opposite side of the rotary unit, and a cutting blade flattening a coupling surface by moving along the coupling surface of the motor fastening hole of the rotary stand; a discharge unit installed at a rear portion between the rotary unit and the cutting unit to enable the rotary stand, in which the coupling surface of the motor fastening hole is flattened by the cutting unit, to be moved and discharged by the second transfer unit; and a control unit installed on a frame to control operations of the assembly preparation unit, the first transfer unit, the second transfer unit, the rotary unit, and the cutting unit. |
