PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device provided with the elastic member for connection formed in a plate shape, which is capable of improving assembly operability of an elastic member for connection.SOLUTION: A power transmission device includes: a pulley 21 which constitutes a driving side rotor; an inner hub 22 which constitutes a follower side rotor; a washer 24; a limiter 25; and a plate 26 as an elastic member for connection which connects the driving side rotor and the follower side rotor. Therein, a plate spring which is elastically deformed in the rotation shaft direction is adopted as the plate 26. A sim 29 as adjusting member is arranged so as to be inserted between the plate 26 and the pulley 21 and, thereby, an axial direction distance δ between a pulley side attachment part 26b attached to the pulley 21 of the plate 26 and a hub side attachment part 26a attached to the inner hub 22 of the plate 26 is adjusted so as to be within a predetermined standard range. |
