<p>The present invention relates to a pattern printing device for a sliced veneer sheet and a printing method thereof and, more specifically, to a pattern printing device for a sliced veneer sheet capable of printing various patterns of a printing paper on the surface of a roll-type sliced veneer sheet and a printing method thereof. The pattern printing device for a sliced veneer sheet comprises a sliced veneer sheet roll installed in the upper part of a roll shaft mounting unit to be rotated, and having the sliced veneer sheet wound on a roll shaft; a driving motor installed in one side of the roll shaft mounting unit to rotate the roll shaft; multiple guide rollers by which the sliced veneer sheet of the sliced veneer sheet roll is transferred and guided; a printing part having a conveyor belt surrounding from the front bottom to the front center of a transfer roller to print a pattern on the sliced veneer sheet through heat and compression while simultaneously transferring the sliced veneer sheet transferred via the guide rollers and the printing paper wound on a printing paper roll, the printing paper roll on which the printing paper is wound in front of the conveyor belt, a paper collecting roll installed above the printing paper roll to collect the printing paper after the pattern of the printing paper is printed on the surface of the sliced veneer sheet, and a guide roller installed behind to guide the printed sliced veneer sheet; a discharge pipe arranged above the printing part to discharge the heat to the outside; multiple carrier rollers installed on the bottom of a frame installed behind the printing part at constant intervals to guide and transfer the printed sliced veneer sheet; guide rollers for transferring backward the printed sliced veneer sheet via the carrier rollers of the frame; and the printed sliced veneer sheet guided by the guide rollers and printed while being wound on the roll shaft installed in the upper part of a roll supporter.</p> |
