PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which does not need an actuator so that a manufacturing cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: A connector comprises a metal plate 2 holding an FPC in between thereof so as to support the FPC. The metal plate 2 includes: a first supporting part 21 mounted on a printed wiring board; and a second supporting part 22 connected to the first supporting part 21 through a connecting part 23, in which the second supporting part 22 is movable in a direction of holding the FPC in between there, that is a direction UD. The second supporting part 22 includes: a second movable part 221 facing to the first supporting part 21; and a second spring part 223 pressing the second movable part 221 onto the FPC after the FPC is inserted completely. Moreover, the second supporting part 22 moves the second movable part 221, using an insertion force of the FPC inserted into a housing space 7, in a direction where the movable part 221 moves away from the first supporting part 21 so that an interval between a contact point 4b in the first supporting part 21 side and a contact point in the second supporting part 22 side is increased, in addition, the second supporting part 22 further includes a pair of lock pieces 222 preventing the FPC, completely inserted into a housing space 7, from coming off therefrom. |
