PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure control stability and transient responsiveness of a power supply voltage control device.SOLUTION: In an internal power supply circuit 15, a step-up circuit 42 is configured to, when a battery voltage VB is equal to or less than a preliminarily set step-up setting voltage value V1, execute a step-up operation to allow a power supply voltage to rise to the step-up setting voltage value V1, and a step-down circuit 44 is configured to, when the battery voltage VB is equal to or more than a step-down setting voltage value V2, execute a step-down operation to allow the power supply voltage to fall to the step-down setting voltage value V2. Also, the step-up setting voltage value V1 is set so as to be smaller than the step-down setting voltage value V2. The step-up circuit 42 is configured to, when the battery voltage VB is more than the step-up setting voltage value V1, not execute the step-up operation, and the step-down circuit 44 is configured to, when the battery voltage VB is less than the step-down setting voltage value V2, not execute the step-down operation. |
