<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of washing a bank note offset printing machine capable of easily washing a printing plate of a plate cylinder and a bank note offset printing machine using the same.SOLUTION: A bank note offset printing machine 100 comprises: a counter 161 calculating the number of sheets 1 conveyed while being held on impression cylinders 121; and a controller 160 controlling a rotation device 162 and an oscillation device 163 as well as a rotation device 164, solenoid valves 138 and 139, and feeding pumps 142 and 145 to operate so as to wash plate cylinders 123 with cleaning fluid via blanket cylinders 122 of print units 120A to 120H while abutting washing devices 130A to 130H against the blanket cylinders 122 at positions at which the blanket cylinders 122 are separated from the impression cylinders 121 and oppositely contact with the plate cylinders 123 on the basis of information from the counter 161.</p> |
