PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam for production of an electrode material with occurrence of VOC under reduced pressure suppressed and its production method.SOLUTION: A polyurethane foam for production of an electrode material is produced by foaming and hardening a raw material comprising a polyol, an isocyanate, a foaming agent, a surfactant having a vapor pressure at 100°C of lower than 1 Pa and a metal catalyst consisting of a hydroxy fatty acid metal salt. A method of producing the polyurethane foam for an electrode material comprises foaming and hardening a ram material comprising a polyol, an isocyanate, a foaming agent, a surfactant having a vapor pressure at 100°C of lower than 1 Pa and a metal catalyst consisting of a hydroxy fatty acid metal salt. |
