The technical problem of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for advanced wastewater treatment that can treat a large amount of wastewater, which is the strong point of an outdoor culture method, and can control a system, which is the strong point of a photobioreactor. For the purpose, the apparatus for advanced wastewater treatment according to the present invention comprises: an advanced treatment tank divided into at least two reaction parts by a separation plate and making wastewater react with culture liquid to conduct the advanced treatment of the wastewater into treated water; a wastewater inflow part for introducing the wastewater into the advanced treatment tank; a culture liquid inflow part for introducing the culture liquid into the advanced treatment tank; and a product discharging part for discharging a product, which has been cultured from the wastewater and the culture liquid, from the advanced treatment tank.
